The emphasis is on authenticity, but with a modern take. Dishes are prepared with the best freshest and seasonal ingredients available, using locally sourced and organic products whenever possible. Those ingredients essential to true Italian cooking, such as salumi, Parmigiano-Reggiano, mozzarella, olive oil, and traditional aceto balsamico, are imported directly from Italy.The all-Italian wine list includes more than one hundred wines from all of the twenty regions of Italy, either from big Italian producers or small boutique ones, displaying a wide range of styles, but all a true reflection of their place of origin.
